no, but I never really had any problems to begin with... it was suggested to me as a food item to help with my high blood pressure.

I did that a couple of years ago, I lost so much weight it was ridiculous... like 15-20 lbs in a month. And I didn't even stick to it all that well, I still went out drinking every day and had chinese food or pizza after drinking. Like 2 weeks of that will slim you down good!

loudsubz, this is what I had to do as a detox/flush

Recommendations:
Gall Bladder/Intestine Cleanse
Evening: on an empty stomach drink a mixture of 270 mL cold-pressed olive oil, 90 mL fresh squeezed lemon juice, and 355 mL Classic Coke. Mix ingredients in a blender for 1 minute and drink quickly. Have hot water with one tbsp lemon juice to drink in case you get nauseous. Wait 45 min to 1 hr before going to bed. Try to sleep on your right side.

In the morning, drink one bottle of Citro-Mag Laxative and stay home. Eat lightly, vegetables, fruits, soups, brown rice products, and multigrain breads. Consume NO coffee, tea, sugar, sweets, dairy, or alcohol. Refrain from exercise, heavy lifting, or other strenuous activities. Start diet and vitamin program on the next day.


Recommended Diet Program:
1. Liquid Chlorophyll (iron and calcium) – 1 tbsp into 1 glass of water; 8-10x per day
2. Psyllium Husks and Seeds 1 tbsp and Oat Bran ½ tbsp mixed together into ½ glass pineapple juice 15 minutes before breakfast and dinner; 2x per day
3. Ginko and Hawthorn (circulation) 1 capsule after each meal; 3x per day
4. Marshmallow (kidney) 2 capsules after each meal; 3x per day
5. Dandelion (blood) 1 capsule after each meal; 3x per day
6. L-Lysine (immune system) 1 capsule after each meal; 3x per day
7. Strauss Drops (circulation) 10-12 drops under the tongue and hold for 1 minute, then consume; 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 6:30 PM; 3x per day.

Notes:
1. Gall Bladder Cleanse 1x only!
2. Diet as directed
3. No coffee/tea, sugar or sweets unless noted

yeah it was a blender full of that stuff that I had to chug... the consistency of a milkshake. it took the greatest of discipline not to throw up.
