You don't really 'win' they just do it for jokes in different towns. Someone gets nominated to do it during the night and near the end of the night, its been done. So far montreal, ottawa, niagara, toronto, london, pickering, ajax, oshawa and whitby have all had a bar pissed on haha.

I'm not part of the 'crew' as I have yet to **** on a bar
