if u dont need them urgently, monoprice has the best pricing. You can get a hdmi cable that's better than or equal to monster cable for around $7 WITH shipping included.
But if that's not an option, then try out sayal. they dont post prices on their site, but Im pretty sure they're open today. I go to the one on dixie and matheson. It's a great store, d16y8 introduced it to me.

There is also the phillips electronics outlet in markham I believe. HDMI cables in 6ft legnth for like $5 or so. They go fast though, and then they have to stock up again.
I agree Monoprice cables are priced well, for smaller orders only though. I tried to order a 35ft HDMI cable for $30 and shipping was $20. The same cable locally would have cost me only $40 or so. For small orders when the weight is low the cables are a good price.

Any number of eBay vendors based in Hong Kong will sell them and other AV gear to you for peanuts, shipping included. The bonus is that you won't have to pay the usual $5 Canada Post brokerage, PST or GST on it as long as you're under the $50 or $60 purchase threshhold.
