regardless of the autopsy, publicists are great things to have...dude coulda blown his head off and it would come out as a drug overdose or vice versa...ish gets twisted to what they want us to know...we weren't there and if we were we probably get paid off

You guys just assume that cuz he's famous. weak

Regardless of how he died, no one knew him personally, whether they say rip or make comments on him that he may have OD, this thread is almost like a memorial to someone close to them yet, you all know him from his movies. That's it. The assumption is always going to happen because that is what makes the media live and thrive, nothing new there. That is not weak that is exactly how our society has been like forever.

The man is dead. End of story.

You don't have to know the person that died personally to feel bad. Look at Princess Di or the Pope. Do you know them personally? People will feel some sense of lost no matter who dies. People feel for their family and loved ones.
Look at all the cards and notes with flowers when tragic struck a family here in Toronto. I can say that more than 75% of them are strangers.

Not my point. People can feel the way they do all day long. It's when they make it personal is when it's a celeberty that they only know by media and their work is what I am talkng about. I am not saying not to care or not show your emotion, but do you see posts going up about the unknown that get killed or the tragic struck family you talk about like how this post got started? Rarely.

That is my point.

I see your point. If everybody that dies get a post up, then they wouldn't need an obituaries section in the newspaper.

Boy, talk about butchering what we are saying. First of all, he is a well known actor, no one said he was an unknown. Second, he CHOSE his profession which comes with a price like it or not. He gets the good publicity along with the bad, you don't get to choose, so keep your stfu to yourself thank you. No matter what you say, people are going to talk about him and every other celeb or well known figures in this world. That will never change. The media people have to earn a living too.

The media will always have it's way with the FACTS. All we usually get is a watered down version of the truth. He was a young cat with no apparent history of any sort of illness that could have caused his downfall.

Did he OD? I don't know, all i can do is speculate. Factually, young healthy people rarely drop dead in their bed naked. I don't need to be a Dr. or any sort of health professional to assume that whether or not it was on purpose - it was an overdose.

If this negative nugget of bad news has really impacted your day, perhaps it's time to evaluate what is truely important you.

Now we can kill this topic to death, or we can just accept that it's one less actor/celeb that will be quickly forgotten. Life goes on, the sun will rise tomorrow.

I agree that noone knew him, he's just a figure. You might see him acting in movies but that's not the real him. That's him portraying a character.

But it just annoys me when people assume that just cuz someones' famous the OD'ed, or blew their face off... to me that's weak.

what's reported in the media is done so because it's sensationalism, it sells... that is fueled by the people who are so addicted to 'star' info... but aside from that assuming he OD'ed is still weak... IMHO

Yeah its retarded, people in class today were saying that he died of a cocaine overdose.

It's funny the people they watch and idolize are the same people they want to break down.

I hear ya on that. But like I said, it all starts with the Media to put a spin on it. Too bad, some of those people can't read between the lines
