hello!
so i took a long break from everything civic related in an attempt to save some money amongst other things.
i still have the 2.2 but its been sitting in my garage relatively unused for many months now. picked up a 98 ford contour off my grandpa with 37 000 kms, its pretty much in show room condition and probably has never been above 100 kms before i got it
i have many parts that a bought long ago for the civic that should go on but i really dont have the motivation i used to plus it finally got cold out.
anyways just wanted to say hi, dont think i've logged on here for 6 months or more, had been starting to miss this comunity and finally made the plunge. its very different here now to!

awww i feel all warm and fuzzy <3
i think the teal civic is gonna make a come back. i'd be contemplating taking the mechanicals and just swapping them over to smoething else ie del sol but i think i'd rather dick around with body work then do that not to mention the costs of buying a clean civic or del sol being much higher then my cheap labour body work costs
i highly doubt i'll be out to a meet before the civic is back together though since the contour is a total grandpa car

awwee.. H22.. glad to see it's still running
God, I forgot what it's like to have even a remotely fast car.
I doubt it would be worthwhile swap to another car. From what I remember, it wasn't much more than just rear quarters that it needed in terms of signficant body work. With your welding skills, should be easy.

already bought the quarter panel insert thingy's so when its not -15 on a weekend i might give that a go.
i've been looking semi hard for a used JRSC for the h22, no luck, would be a nice upgrade thats reasonably safe engine wise, and excellent for the fun factor
