I think Heather because he is always complementing her on how well she does things, more compliments then bad things on her part.
I could see it being Keith as well. The show is almost done so we'll have to wait and see what happens!

but they said on the preview of the next episode that its " the most shocking elimination yet" which indicates that it cant be virginia, cuz everyone EXPECTS her to get booted.
