Of course you can smoke indoors in Toronto. All the bars has smoking section. Just not the restaurants. And some Chinese restaurants has smoking sections, too.

Make sure your asian if you go to bubble republic, or be prepared to get stared at lol.

Last couple times i have been, hasn't been one non asian person, besides my group of friends.
