Here's the deal. I bought Family Guy Vol 1&2 cuz it was on sale @ FS (the one that comes w/ a free T-Shirt).

Side note: the "limited" edition w/ free shirt was cheaper than the one w/o. $8 cheaper AND a free shirt, can't go wrong w/ that!!

Anyways, upon opening Vol. 1 there was a rebate form on the box. To get the rebate i have to buy BOTH vol 1&2 (which i did)

Now here's where i need help. To get the rebate i need to send in 3 things:

1. Original rebate form
2. Receipt showing purchase of vol 1&2
3. Proof of purchase on the scene insert tab


My question is WTF is #3?!?!??!

probably read the inlet of the box, might be some barcode or something....just make a copy of it.

I think they want you to cut out the barcode were the scene index booklet is? but anyways the whole point of that system isfor you 2 never to get to work properly

call the number on the ticket or box and ask them they are asking 4 it not us how do we know what it is

I know they do that with other mail in rebates... you have to send in the barcode

not the box, not tucked in somewhere, the scene listing paper

they always do that crap make it more complicated so that when you think you did it right its wrong and you never get the money. when buying anything don t even consider the mail in rebate cuz they never work and when they do it take 4-8 month to get the cheque

then i got royally fcuked cuz there are no scene inserts. The scenes are on the back of the DVD cover. Only barcode anywhere physically part of the box, the box that you keep the DVD's in.

i have to call them up and confirm then.
