if you go on downloads.com and search ring tune or tone maker... you have a bunch of options, i had some good ones but i dont remember what they were called

well thats a subjective answer...i think its easy...

for a cheap and free mp3 editing program ur gonna wanna get goldwave...soundforge is just overkill for ringtones, I just use it cuz I have it already for other things

agreed....soundforge is overkill for just editing mp3 for ringtones

soundforge is comparable to photoshop...except it's for sound/music files
