High school marks???
#2
My makrs in OAC were not the best.
50% exactly in Finite math (teacher just bumped it to pass me)
60% in eng
In grd 12 it was like 60% in math, and 70% in eng
Right now Im in electronics engineering technology at Sheridan. I love my course, cause I get to do what I love.

I don't remember exactly what my marks in OAC were...that was a long time ago but I know I got an average over 80. I think my English mark was 75
Chemistry was 74
Algebra 85
Calculus 88
Relations and Funtions 90
Physics 90
Like I said, a long time ago and I don't remember very well...I am old. Don't worry if you don't recognize some of the courses.
For University, I studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto. Trust me, Engineering is lots of Calculus. If you don't do well in High School Calculus, it doesn't get any easier...
I don't go to school any more. I got my bachlor's and I left. I am now working in the Engineering field.
Hope this is what you were looking for.
Mark
By the way, ERTW...Engineers Rule The World!!!!

My highschool marks weren't as great as i would have liked them to be. Had a family tragedy half way thru the year and that caused me to slip up. I finished with about a 78%-79%. But now i'm at UofT taking computer science.

My marks were crap. I did well in some courses, but for the most part I got pretty low marks. I must have failed about 5 or 6 courses. That's why I'm 2 credits short of my 30. Highschool really didn't interest me after grade 10. There was nothing there that I wanted to learn. I know exactly what I want to study.
Anyways, I left after grade 12 in June, with 2 credits still needed to graduate. I'm going to Seneca @ York in January for Broadcast Television. This is exactly what I want to be doing. I'm lucky in that, the programs in this feild are so competitive that marks play such a huge role (90% min to get into Media Arts @ Sheridan) but I had good marks in what I needed and I have a shitload of hands-on experience in the feild. That's why I got in. I'm really glad I started getting experience early. I'm going as a mature student; **** highschool. For me, the last 2 years were a waste of time.
