LOL!!! 170 in a res zone...highly unlikely in an accord.. maybe this did happen, but really how fast were you going? And how old are you? You shouldnt be driving if you cant negotiate turns, I dont care what speed your going, unless you were drunk your not a safe driver... I hope you learned you lesson and went back to driving school... Im not going to call you an idiot, because I know lots of intelegent people that are simply mechnically declined and just cant drive, but I dont understand why you would want to come on a local forum like this and just outright embarrass yourself...?? somethings fishy here people dont do things like that lol...

Thanks for making my insurance premiums go up, and giving honda drivers an even worse image now.
And if you hit the 3 kids would you still be on the board, saying "woops I guess I was driving a little fast and killed 3 kids, BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON"

I think all people, are against this kinda ****. Even REAL street racers take it to the backroads, at 3 am, for one, so they don't get caught, and two, so if anyone does get injured, it's the people driving which is their own fault. Damn I hate hearing stories like that, mainly because of what really could've happened...I'm glad you got out ok, but I myself, don't feel comfortable knowing that you were driving at over 170 on a residential street, and didn't even get a ticket. You should've had your license suspended for that, and for good reason.

Yet another reason why my next car won't be another Civic.

The just of the story was he was racing in a residential neighbourhood, with a friend or something, he was driving an 86 accord, somewhat done up, the other guy was driving a 91 civic, going over 170. Got to a curve was going too fast, braked, skidded, almost hit three kids, hit curb, went over it, ended up on some old mans lawn, car fucked up. Old man came out yelled at him. Cop came, asked him some questions, he paid the house owner 100 for damages, and apparently didn't get any tickets because he didn't lie to the officer, which was also female. All this while driving with a G1 and with no insurance.

Cops don't let you go when you roll a car in a neighborhood.. Especially with no INSURANCE and G1... This was obviously some stupid attempt to get attention on his part that blew up in his face..

G1 license no insurance....what is that?......u have to get a ticket.....it'z like impossible not to.....think about the owner..and what he'd say...and the cop...whenever u get into any kinda of accident insurance issues always come up........sounds weird...and 170km turn?..not likely.....from what i get...from the other posts ebraking that turn?.....who does that?.....no one in there right mind ebrakes a turn at 170...lol cause u know ur gonna spin right out no matter what.......unless ur a pro drifter....lol
