hey...I figured Id get in on this too.....this story, plainly and simply, is bullshit for a couple of reasons....1) the cop would have not let him off no matter what because he had his G1 and no insurance....both offences under the HTA...both of which he could be charged with....not only that, if he e braked that turn, his car would be upside down after hitting the curb....and im pretty sure the cop wouldnt have overlooked that2) if Im not mistaken (and someone correct me if Im wrong) didn't teh old accords have a speed limiter in them?!??! If they did, Im pretty sure they get set at 160km/h.....
and now for my mini-rant....to the dumbass who started this whole thread....I dont like to go off at people who I havent met cause I consider myself to be a nice guy but....well, youre an exception....in my opinion, you should jump off a cliff and kill yourself and spare someone the agony of having to bury their family member after you hit them driving like an *******....dude, get a goddam life.....racing like that doesnt make you cool.....it makes you a brainless ******** with a deathwish....if you wanna kill yourself crash your car head on into a concrete block.....if you want an adrenaline rush that you feel you can derive from street racing, go and race LEGALLY!!!! this guy had a urge to race this guy that had a civic, so like any idiot would he wanted to race this guy to act tough like any idiot would, so this guy is driving and racing the other guy in his accord in a residential street so im guessing speed limit 40 or 60, next thing u know hes shiftin into 4th gear doing about 170 in his accord and then all of a sudden he sees a yellow sign for a sharp turn, he doesnt notice it, he floors the break and pulls the e-brake and basically he ends up hitting curbs and curbs and land on some guy's lawn and his car is smoking and fluid is flying overwhere, and the guy in the house came out running with a 2x4 yelling at hondaguy like anyone SHOULD and then they call the cops, a female cop comes and asks hondaguy the storie, hondaguy said he just driving around looking at houses, and lets him off.

Well if it makes any diff. apparently he stated it just came out of the shop after having some work done to it, coilovers body work...etc.
