easy way is go to your router and block it that was, add words to the site block list that you think might lead to them accessing **** sites.

or you could do it more advance way and filter traffic from the PC that your brother uses. that way you can still go on but your brother cant.

as for the software, you can get any internet security software or firewall software and block it that way as well. i dont know much about the software solutions.

Andrew if you want to just block it on his PC, go to control panel>security center>internet options>select security tab>click on "restricted sites"> window will open..>click on "sites" button, you can add anything there that you dont want your brother to see on the internet.

^ these options will only work for that particular PC, and make sure you do those changes from Admin account.

but one prob with the method i mention above is that if he search anything on google it the results will still show up and pictures as well, now it is different if he tries to go to those page, then it will get blocked.

Be a good older brother and tell him what it is. Show him a few sites. Teach him the terminology, buy him a few magazines.

parental software downloads and reviews - CNET Downloads

go to CNET or download.com and search 'parental' and you'll get much better performing software to block content that you desire not to be seen. just adding sites to the blocked sites won't do anything, there are millions of pr0n sites out there. i know cuz i surf them all. LOL j/k
