Ok, I send one of the TCC members a money order Late june, the 17th I think.

Well today is august 15th/2003 and I still haven't reviced my package...does anybody know how I can check if the money order was cashed???

did you go to a bank to get this money order?? if so they can jsut go into your record and they can tell of its status

well I bougth the money order at Canada post, 7/11 gas station.

I just called and they said I need to come in, fill out a form and I will get an answer in 6 weeks, this fuggin sux

if you bought it at the bank all you would need was the serial number, date and whom it was payable to and they can punch it in and tell you immediately.

this is why saving $10 or whatever it is and just get one from your bank is well worth it

well at the moment, I never knew that you can do that from the bank also, so I would have rather went there.

when you say TCC members do you mean a paid member or just someone from the board??

well it's about an exhaust, don't really want to give out names but some of you might know how it is i've been waiting for it for so long and the guy had a family emergency and has been gone for a while now

I made a sale with a member on this board, he paid money order.

I don't know if you can check the status cause it is not a cheque right? Since you already paid for the money order so it is up to the other person to cash it. The only worry is you haven't received the goods.

well money orders are as good as cash... you use your debit card and then it's a cheque but it's like giving someone cash... unfortuinately there's no way that I know of that you can check to see if it has been cashed... btw doing it at the bank is the same as going to canada post.. just saves you 8 bucks

do you have a copy of the money order??

if it's a paid member PM one of the higher ups and see if they wouldn't mind looking into things for you..
