well once you get past "school" and get a stable job things change. I had the weirdest schedules when I was in school..

NOW, it's fixed. Sleep generally by 12am or earlier, wake up 6am, work 7:30 am, out of work by 3:15-4:00pm. Once you get set on that pattern, weekends become tough.. Going out till 3-4am gets harder cuz your body is just so used to the schedule.

yes I remember that trip that was sweet .. I think I got an hour's sleep on the way home.... and I remember driving from the alberta border straight to the ontario border... 13.5 hours straight ... after I crossed into Ontario I stopped the car and we switched....

yeah that was a long time to stay awake... the worse part was I was driving on the way there and didn't take the winnepeg by pass... well let me tell you Winnipeg people hated building new streets so they took the trans Canada wrapped it into a huge maze of road and if you didn't take the bypass you were sure to see every road in winnipeg.... ask someone from winnipeg was the major intersectiopn is near their house and 100% of the time you'll hear "why the intersection of the Trans Canada and the Trans Canada of course!"

I need my sleep! I don't care if it's for 5 hours or something, but I gotta go to sleep! I find it such a pain in the *** to wake up for school at 6:30 every Friday morning.

I have pulled many an all-nighter before and would feel fine during the day, but as soon as I got home would just pass out and sleep the deep sleep of the dead.

**** that

if im tired i go to bed, no way im gonna kill my body to do well on a project or work on something, its stupid, your only hurting yourself more by not allowing your body to rest

you cannot gain back the sleep you missed by sleeping longer at the end of the week, so whatever sleep you miss each night you will never get back... a healty 8hrs a night is good for the body, thats why we have so many people who have problems these days... trying to do too many things in such short time...

slow down people, life isn't about a rush to see how much you can do, relax and enjoy it

I think six to eight hours is good for a night. I usually try and get that every night unless I'm on course or in the field (army).

Sure it's bad to sleep less hrs a night, but sometimes you just can't help it.
