hmmmm..... depends, 4-7 hours is good.... i'll take more if i can get it, and i need to sleep in about once every two - three weeks for like 10+ hrs... just to make things run normal again!

I tend to sleep 6-7 hours in a weekday, monday-friday and then when I come home on fridays I am dead tired, cant handle it but then there is weekend to revive myself

sleep is simply a state where your subconscious mind takes over your conscious.

of course, there are other ways to induce that effect
