I ahve a picture on my hard drive, how do I post it on the boards? where can I upload it, then how do I post it?

you can upload them off of
http://www.imagestation.com Just upload your pics from your drive to imagestations host server, then go to your storage bin and click on the photo, then right click on properties of the photo, copy and paste the address [url] and then paste that code in [img](/img) and you've got your photo displayed OR you can make a link of the address and when clicked it will view your photo you uploaded
