How rare is this civic I bought?

If it were the OEM colour rolling out of the factory and 99% of the people didn't know about it, then I wonder how did that 1% found out about it?
Because you can have your car painted any colour you want before the dealer hands it over to you. That's extra money, but it can be considered as "OEM" colour, even though, that colour was not available off the colour chart for that specific model.

i saw a white one today wel it was more of a ****y ****** ****ing pos this guy has hib bumpers held on with string and sip tyes and i could see the back of the speaker in the drivers doar hahahaah
and the trunk was welded shut??? i duno why he welded it after the weld it wasent even primes look like the car had been on fore from the soot all up the back he had 3 different rims on the car and a ateel i tried 2 take a pick but he noticed what i was doing gave me the finger and jammed on his brakes and my exid was next o well

and yes its the same colour as the itr. if you were to check the honda oem colour code for the united states it has pheonix yellow for the si model (sir for us).
