So I went to get my car detailed by our friend tego and I was running late (as always). I left my car with him and walked to the bank. On my way I was walking down Mohawk and had to cross at Wentworth so I went to the cross walk and pressed the button. The thing turned green so I went to walk and outta no where comes this SUV making a right hand turn and he hits me. I fell down and then stood up and by the time I got up he had already called an ambulance. He broke my work pager so I was kinda pissed. The paramedics said I was fine (I told them thanks for confirming what I just told everyone). So the guy is all distraught and is like "im so sorry..omg" etc etc. He asked how much it costs to get my pager replaced and I said probably 50 bucks. He gave me 50 bucks and I walked back to tegos house and gave him the money for detailing. Ends up I didn't even have to go to the bank! haha.I called my work and now I'm off pager for the weekend cause its broken and they are going ot replace it for free. Awesome! I have a bit of a bruise on my ribs and back, a scrapee hand and a sore back just from the jolt... but I will be ok

A lot of people probably would have. I have been jerked around too many times by milkers and wouldn't do it to someone else. No one deserves that.

w3rd, same here. I was out biking and this guy in a durango was turning right w/o looking where he was going and he caught my back wheel. the wheel got bent but I wasn't hurt. he got out and asked if I was aiight and if the bike was okay or if I needed a ride somewhere. I said everything is cool, don't worry about it. I figured it was nice enough of him to stop. Went and got a new wheel today and that was $75. maybe I should have told him to pay for the wheel at least haha oh well

do you have any information from the other guy? a report or something atleast, just in case you wake up tomorrow or day after with some bad back pain or anything?

hopefully you dont, but its just in case you dont lose money out of your pocket for treatment, if needed.

but you should got some info off the guy i guess maby in a week your going to feel some pain, hopfully not

and ya...too many people making a right turn, look left to see if there is traffic coming and don't bother to look right and i've seen it soo many times that people almost got hit but, quick reactions of the drivers stopped it...

but ther other thing i worry about is people making a right and then stomp on the gas not even looking right, then it's too late

now if she got hit and her leg fell off and she couldnt walk again, ok thats grounds to sue...
