having fun in a car equates going for lame 'thrills'...

Part of growing means accessing bigger and better things (in theory you should be more responsible)...

Go to a track...

the snow is thy friend... need not be afraid of a friend.... play with it, challenge it, lose control in it.....

and its always nice to let the car think u'r going 100 when u'r going 1.

I dont mind driving in the snow, for the simple reason it makes you a better driver. Plus i always get a kick when i see people that cant drive get stuck lol.

Its just a bit inconveniet if you drive a long distance to work.

Maybe some ppl pull the e-brake only going 30kph, I do it going A LOT faster than that.

And AWD owns all!

I don't hate it nor do I love it. I enjoy all types of driving condition - sunny, heavy rain, deep fog, pitch dark, snow storm... etc The more you expose yourself to bad road conditions, the better you get at it.

Free road lessons.

snow drifting is very good practice everyone should do this a few times in there life time so when a accident happends and your car is out of control you no how to correct it, this is why you see big pile ups on the hwy cuz people dont no about counter steering and controling a slide! My fav. way of doing this is, drive fast hit the hand brake(leave it on) and start counter steering side to side until almost at a stop then its 180 time, then do it all over again lol have fun!

^^^ it has a sign unassumed road, use at your own risk, i.e it has no traffic laws, and the ONLY other person who knows this place is "mpfive".

hey mpfive, i went two days ago to the spot, lol i reach close to the round about, and realised oh s.hit, im not gonna make it, i got stuck in the snow because the snow just got too high in the centre and following the track of what looked like a suv i could not risk going forward i was right at that round circle. I was wearing a t-shirt and chuck tailors, and a thin jacket, and i realised, damm im an idiot, i came here last time and i lost control and got stuck in the ditch on my own, and an hour later took my car out but that was when i had bald tires.

Anyways, this time i was just praying and cussing my self.lol it was 9.30 pm and when i got outside to have a look, 30cm of snow!!!, but THANK GOD for snow tires, after a little pulse pedaling,i managed to find the groves and REVERSED all the way from that round about to the main road that you get on to that road from.lol funny thing i think, after getting stuck so many times in awkward places i've actually become good at getting unstuck, this time it was even worse, but took me 20 minutes to get out, i was so frustrated at the time i was thinking of a way to melt the ice.lol all i was saying was "common, common, you can do it, common baby please, please God, chu can dooo it.lol it felt like forever trying to get back in reverse, but i just reversed fast enough so the car would follow the track by themselves, i might go tonight again, but this time im going to go fast and pull the e-brake so i make a U-turn before reaching the round about, because around there the snow gets fkin deep like 40cm plus, and no snow tracks either.

and you want to know why i said all that, because the SICK part about it is, im actually starting to enjoy it, don't know why?, maybe the challenge of doing something impossible, or getting stuck feeling the pain of the cold *** snow while i dig a path for my tires with my bare hands till they numb, and then mellowly yell in pain, or is it to see how much the car is capable off, or that i feel the sick need of getting stuck late at night knowing anything can jump me from the forest on the one side, i don't know, i guess its just feeding the greedy adrenalin, without knowing it.

i have to say though, i have a new found respect for off roaders, it does take skill not to get stuck, and if you do, how to get out.

anyways if you want to hit it up, just come by there later tonight. you might find me stuck agian, maybe on purpose for the first time.lol

maybe, but i love snow driving, because it gets me off the fear of driving in the snow. Im actually thinking of not getting a bike for the summer, and going for a 2005 impreza AWD, 1. because where i live now, lol all i see is snow, 2. its also a good tuner 3. sounds sexy boxer engine 4. cheap on gas at the end of the day 5. i'll never find one anywas they are too rare.lol

e-brake it good if you know how to use it, i use it once, and then the car just turns and turns i use the cars body weight and the gas to control the rest. if only i had someone to record it.lol

very good point.

i found out my Sister, lol, sneaky chick, has been practising with the e-brake and all too, out all people her, she not even into cars. But she got lucky, as she got stuck in the first winter storm that we had, and spun 15 times on the 401, and would you believe it she didn't hit a thing.

well i asked her why why why, i mean whats the reason, me being naive, i forgot to think that just because she's a girl and not into cars dosen't mean she dosen't think like me, after all we are family, i was stunnned, she replied "its better to face your fears then follow them, so i was scared of winter driving i didn't know what would happen if i slipped, and so the practicing in the snow"

karma, im sitting in the rear seat and my moms in the passenger, the right front tire hits black ice, the car throws its self to the right, sister counter steers, all four tires are soon enough on fresh snow she pulls the e-brake, just slightly turns the car in the opposite direction, in the right turn we were to make, lol she e-drifted when the car lost itself on the black ice, and brought it back to a controlled line.

that was awsome.

hey next time a cop pulls you over for the drift or snow practice, just say what you said but add, "oh like how the Cheif on cp24 mentioned, that to drive in snow people need to practi ce somewhere in the snow first" lol that works sooo good, i got pulled over last night in my spot, and i told him that, he said, its kool, just don't cause any damage to any property, even though is no real property there, anyways.lol, he watched me for 5 mins then left.lol that was the coolest **** cop ever, i love york popo now, second time now, firwt time it was 1am, and the cop was so nice still he let me go nicely.

not like peel brampton police,,, youd be driving normal............... and...........in vaughan its like with the car and the cops are like
