Hey does anyone work for a bank ( TD ) or for VISA???

I need some major help.

Someone is F*%&ing with me big time and i need some advice.

ok im going to sum this up just to give you an idea.

I was working at a salon, my last day was sat.

I used their debit machine for my clients and then the salon cut me a check at the end 0f the week for the amount owed to me.

Last day which was sat i put my visa through for $1500 so that it could be added to the check that they gave me at the end of the week. ( i needed the cash asap)
Anyways........... they didnt like that so they stopped payment on that check after it was deposited to my account.

And supposidly they did a refund on the machine for the $1500 but on that refund slip it said VOID at the bottom.

i am going tomorrow to the bank to see if the check was stopped which im sure it was but can they really do that?

I am sooooooo PISSED i am going through so much BS.
The month of April is a totaly crappy one and im going insane.

ok... here's what I think happened....
all they did was void the original transaction, as opposed to doing a refund ( to avoid the 3% transaction fee).....

However, the transaction (Sale) will go through right away... the void will take up to 48-72 business hours to appear on your statement.

If they gave you a copy of the void... hang on to it, and if by friday the transaction is still on your visa... call them and fax the copy of the void to have it done right away.

Sorry Nada, but I can't explain it any better than Jon can and he works in this field so (shrugs).

Although I thought the fee was a 7% fee but what do I know
