oh man hostel sucked! less gore than i expected, it was a total let down. The plot itself is great, but its just lacking something.

althouuugh, that brunette russian girl made it completely worth my ten bucks.

Saw it last week. Got out of the theatre and everyone was walking in the other side of the hall from me cause I'm Slovakian... lol not from Brataslava though. The sickest part of it was the killing of an anonymous person. I know people who have wronged me that I would pay 25,000 to kill like that but not someone I didn't know jsut for the thrill

Steve I'm with you man... Never really found the whole Gore movie thing entertaining. Would never pay to see it.. except Saw was suprising but still not my thing. More of a Special FX type person (atleast if I am going to the Theatre to Pay)

I don't understand peoples attraction to gore and death. Why would you want to see that ****? I have better things to do with my time then watch people tortured, killed, mutilated, etc.

why is it so awesome to see women talk about relationships or see a feel good movie of the year? that crap makes me feel like i'm going to menstruate!

violence is entertaining to men. there is no great universal or spiritual answer.

it is the nature of the beast.

i don't like to watch real gore... but fake gore is different.. i understand the difference between reality and fantasy entertainment and I think most people do. Not everyone who is into watching violent and twisted movies is interested in mutilating neighbourhood cats on halloween.

that's my view, i could be wrong, but violence in movies entertains me. I would much rather see Tony Jaa break 30 limbs in an action sequence then listen to Beth Middler sing about being happy.

What do you prefer.. Texas Chainsaw Massacre or The English Patient?
