I'm with Mike on this one...

You CAN skate on the roads at my place now.

Don't ask how I know...

Try this, let a little air out of the tires if you loose alot of traction, it works in the snow.

my car should be fine (drive slow becareful and yeah I've already let some air out). it's transports, SUVs and stupid drivers that I'm worried about.

transports becuase I'm in a small car and if one of them loses control and hits me well it's in my will to go 6 feet under with my car.

SUVs becuase I have never seen them slow down for bad weather.

stupid drivers, well just for the reason that they don't have a brain which is need in this weather. so any guesses on the time it'll take me to get to guelph in this weather.

Again, stop making stupid comments because you are generalizing everyone who owns a SUV are dangerous drivers. For example my dad, so if you would like people to stop generalizing modified civics are people who cut people off in traffic and running reds than shut up about these type of comments.

Get 4 winter tires... Best piece of advice.

I got rid of the damn Firestone FR690s that came OEM on the car... and I slapped Michelin Arctic Alpins on my car. On all 4 corners. Best move I've ever made.
