Travel a **** load, then buy a house in Europe some-where, get a nice Ducati, buy a Rang-Rover, Buy some land and build a full shop on it, including dyno, 10 hoist's, all snap-on tools, and most important pay all my bills.!!

Depending on how much i win.
I think first thing (since i want to do it badly) is do up my civic completely. then buy a house with a big basement and garage. build a production studio and start filming with my buddies... oh and buy a HD camcorder ($100,000). And then give the rest to my family haha.

I would buy my Dad a lot of things. Then probably work for another month or two so I dont completely screw over my employer by quitting.
I would just live the sweetest bachelor life ever until I settled down and then buy some land and Design/Build my dream home.

I would first pay off my parents mortgage, then tell both of them to quit thier jobs and send them on a vacation somewhere.
Then I would buy myself a BMW M5.
Donate some of the money to charity.
Invest the rest of it.
