yeah i know they have more than furniture, i worked there after all 
just commenting on the quality, a lot of it is just pure ****, we used to break stuff all the time(my job was building furniture) cause its not strong at all.
sometimes we would open the box and everything would be broken or severly damaged.
everyone that worked at IKEA said they would never buy furniture from there.

ikea furniture is pretty cheapy built but then again the price reflects that...but then again for the syle ur gettin for that low price u really cant go wrong...if u were to buy designer stuff like that u'd be spendint thousands of dollars
in most cases the quality is good enough for moderate use (not to be used in commercial office spaces etc.)
the curio cabinet we got there for our model cars is of exceptional build quality and so is my leather chair and the futon I plan on buying...general particle board shelving is cheap all across the board though no matter where you buy it
Ikea is targeted mostly at younger people starting off their first new home/apartment etc...and this buyer group doesnt have a ton of money but wants to be stylish. therefore, Ikea is perfect!

The only reason that he has more money is because he doesn't spend any... IMO i would spend the money cause its no good to you when your dead... Except for the fact that your family gets to spend more.....
