hahaha man I'm in a good mood, but I'm still hung over...creatine + 8 mix drinks + haven't drank in along time...the creatine kills me...but what ever....I still am in a happy *** mood and I liek it.. this weekend was very weird with me drinking and other things...if my body wasnt' broken form the supplements mixing with booze it would have been way better, I was shaking this morning and my heart was beating outta my chest..wasnt' to cool

dude if you don't wanna feel that bad when your on either supplements or steroids the drink gatorade before you drink and before you go to sleep and your body will feel alot better the next day......sounds ****ed but works from experiencec was on alot of **** and partied really hard one night

haha no I never went...the ticker is still working, when I run though it beats all staggered and it's hard for me to get my breathe, but whatever .....ya I had like 6-7 mix drinks and I never drink so I was real loaded...I drank water before and after but still my body was messed the next day..sunday was an entire write off...lol

but yes the creatine adn lifting is starting to show its' advantages to me..
