Have you rebuilt an engine before? My friend says it needs machine work and it wouldnt be worth the cost doing it.

i'll help too.. but i got a price for you on the b18a soooo cheap its rediculas.. muahahaha lol put it this way.. it will be about the same price as the zc block with tranny .... but ye i'll help ya rebuild it

man i can beat that, when i had my old hatch i went to RT motorsport to get a zc swap. went picked it up and headed to the meet on a wednesday. driving down the high way and the oil light comes on so i pull over and call the shop they come 5 hours later and tell me the oil plug fell out, they replace it and fill with oil and off i go. on the way home huge bang and tons of smoke and i had put a piston throough the block. all in the first day! non the less they replaced it and that was that.
cars will cause you headaches and make you smile. moddings an adiction and im sure you'll be back in action soon. jsut get a bigger motor next time, no point in staying with the zc
