Indoor/Outdoor Solar LED System - Help

It's a while since electrical engineering, so im pretty rusty.

So, just wondering if someone would like to help me build this circuit. Or if anyone has a good schematic. Plus any stores that carry an assortment of electrical supplies, light-duty solar panels, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Check out Sayal or Active Surplus for parts. Theres a place beside the Matheson Sayal that sells all kinds of computer chips and such, would be woth a look if you're down there.

just don't buy batteries from sayal.

anything metal that doesn't expire is good at sayal (much of it is cheap quality)

never buy anything such as batteries from sayal.

their BNC ends are also garbage
