did the first gen. integras at any point come stock with a b16? i have a guy trying to sell his engine to me but i told him it's not a b16, but he assures me it is. So now i don't know. I don't wanna drive to where he lives to find out it is not thus why i ask first.thanks

1st gen - you mean the pop - up light ones from 1986-1989? Then no B16

you can always ask him to take the picture and go look up the engine code that's stamped on the block.
but yeah, 1st gen is way to old to have b16, 2nd gen jdm integra's had them. like someone stated above. (XSi)
