Internet Explorer Help

I was wondering if somebody can help me,
everytime when i goto certain sites on IE, the font is really small
heres an example

but when i use netscape the font is normal sized

Can somebody tell me how to set it back to normal?

hold CRTL + SCROLL ur wheel up or down to adjust ..

i have another problem
my msn messenger wont log in, it says to check my firewall settings, i do and everything is set right, and when i goto hotmail.com and try logging in it says page cannot be displayed,

WTF is going On???

^could be number of things, check for the open ports again, and maybe that time of the day "msn" servers were busy and you were unable to connect to them.
