blackberry doesnt have voice recognition?
i can talk to my BB and it types my message for me.
**** like shazaam exists on BB too. Games i dont care about, although there are a lot for BB too. They're better on the storm than other models for obvious reasons.
And how does iPhone make the simplest tasks even easier when it can't even cut and paste (or did they finally clue in and fix that now)

they solved that problem awhile ago but this was available for jailbroken iphones
but thats pretty cool about talking and typing but i think the iphone has an app for that 2 (not 2 sure)
btw it makes the simplest tasks easier in so many ways (id tell you specific app names but i have no idea lol i find those useless to buy)

few points:
- BB is better communication device
- iphone better entertainment/fun device, and good communication
- there is more stuff available for iphone then for BB
- i had curve and now i have iphone which i like way better
- i have used storm for long period of time, but typing on it was horrible, surfing is so so
- iphone typing is great, surfing is great
- both phones are good in their respective area no doubt.
- this will be my future phone

i dont know how you guys can argue about this...my buddy has the storm and he says he regrets buying it....and that he should of took my advice on getting the iphone. the technology of apple...will always beat the technology of the blackberry. just remember that.

the curve was a convenient smart phone
like im not insulting anyone who has a curve but the curve was a smart phone for dumbasses cuz it was soo basic to use
however things like the bold/storm or iphone 1st gen/3g are phones that are for people who see a phone as a device and not a fashion statement
btw iphone typing kinda sucks (when u start off) but the storm typing is pretty **** also

The deciding factor for me between a storm and a iphone is the bb is Canadian. Im surprised that more people don't take this into consideration. Im sure most people on this board have been or know someone directly or indirectly effected by the decimation of our manufacturing sector. So why not help support it?

You still haven't mentioned what technology in the iPhone is better and always will be better.
I can write you a novel on the advantages the BB has over the iPhone but all people like you look at is the "cool" factor and the little useless toys that you can have on the phone with no consideration of the back end network that runs the BB and all the security and encryption involved, data compression, etc.
Like I said, there is a reason the BB dominates the corporate market, and now is slowly taking more and more of the consumer market away.
