As someone who works and sells them the iPhone is the best all rounder. Bb has great email and social intergation, but the iPhone is way more versitile and user friendly

You say versatile? Have you ever used an iphone in winter in this country? It is almost impossible to use outside. First, because your fingers are so dry, it wont recognize them, then you look retarded by having to use your nose as a way of selecting the apps you want to use. I had both the iPhone 1st gen and iPhone 3G, and i swear, winter time was the worst.

Also, BB messenger rules over ping anyday! that's a fact.

blackberry 100%. i have a 9700 and an ipod touch 3G and i'm gonna have to stick with my bb. the ipod kinda lost its novelty after a while and i just find bb's easier to type on.

Actually no. I only got here at the end of February. It's not something I've ever heard anyone complain about.

Imma come out and say it... if it werent for BB Pin, no one would care about a Blackberrt, An Iphone is simply the better phone due to the abundance of things it can accomplish that a Blackberry can't.

Now with that said, BB is Canadian so thats a plus. not to mention a lot of people have them and using the BB pin is very beneficial when contacting others. I heard the Iphone 'has an app for that' but I dont think it works as well

No one going to comment on the new google phone the nexus one!? That's what I would buy, be one the first.
And yes, it's available to Canada now with 3g!

i have been using BB and iPhone for a long time and i can say that my fingers are fine in the winter to type along with 99% other iPhone users, i dont know what is purplestuff talking about.

over all, iPhone can do so much more with all the apps that are available and the hackability of the device.

you can stream live media straight from your home to anywhere in the world on your iphone as long as you have data connection using ORB

you can use iphone as a network folder over wifi using airshare

you can log in remotely to all your PC and it actually saved me once when i had to log on to work pc for some important issue.and yes i did it all via iphone.

iphone can act as a VOIP device using SIP settings from your VOIP provider so you can use home number free of cost anywhere in the world.

and so many more options, iphone is only limited to an app developers imagination

Blackberry is currently the only option for me. There is very little GSM service outside of the major centres in Saskatchewan and I have a travel based job. So an Iphone would be useless most of the time, where as BB always works. From what I have heard BB is makes a tougher phone then apple and as im constantly dropping, beating and using phones in harsh enviroments im worried id kill an iphone pretty quick.

well at the end it all depends what your needs are and what you want out of your device.

the only thing i dont like about iphone is that when I am hammered at a club and typing in someone number or information i always press wrong buttons, due to lack of awareness/control i guess haha....and i have also given my phone to girls to put in their info and most of them have long nails they can type properly either, so its kinda FAIL....this is the only really neg i could come up with regarding iphone.

i personally own a iphone 3gs..its not such a fun fone unless u have it jailbroken..buh thats a diff talk altogether , but i like blackberry for its easy to use keyboard...only thing i hated about it was the ball tracker..but now that they fixed that ...i would assume its a really nice fone
and i agree iphone in the winter is sooo annoying...i have to remove my gloves to accept a call..by then the call cuts..and soooo many drop calls
i now wish i stuck with my pearl and just bought an itouch for the entertainment part of it all
