Hope thats not directed to me.
Nope. I don't think I've seen your dad before. What's he look like?

Anyways, my statement was based upon my past experiences and that is all.

Azimuth X, I meant to quote the majority of your post, being this part...

I love snow, love sitting in a car during storms, but the drivers hate it.
sorry, if you were offended.

occasion speed on 407 is like 120 while others flyby, occasional time 130-140 on 3rd gear with vtec roaring down the ramp, my dad can be considered a safe driver heh.
Does he flash the hi-beams when it his VTEC@ 140KPH?

No... the only time highbeams are used is to in reply with other motorists who love super bright lights. And Vtec usually starts at 120km in 3rd gear,

4x4 doesn't make your car any safer at snow.
It will just GO easier, but during snow, going is not really a problem. Everybody go slow anyway.

Stopping is the big issue, there is no difference between 4x4, FWD, RWD car. If there is ice or snow, doesn't matter you have 10WD, you can't stop!

IMO, 4WD SUV just as dangerous, even worse, it will roll over at the ditch much much easier than the lower cars, and SUV handling abslutely sux compare to the little Civics we have.

Please quote where I said 4x4 (4WD AWD) is safer. I just said ... whatever I said but I damn know I did not say it was safer. In deed it will help get the vehicle moving, when we had our passenger car, Camry can not even back out the driveway due to snowplows.

Yes there is no difference between 4WD, FWD, RWD drive trains but larger vehicles usually have larger disc brakes which will allow easier stopping time but with the extra weight it equals out.

Can you backup SUV handling abesolutely sucks? Lets compare the 2002 CR-V with the 2002 Civic LX Sedan, why do you think the CR-V handling sucks. The 2nd generation CR-V is equipped with newly engineered powersteering that allows maximum ability to manuever at low speeds (parking lot) and a more stiff to steer at higher speeds (highway). But out of vast majority, SUV tend to have difficulties with handling.

Ok enough with this ****, I am just going to ignore you v33k since you just like to pick on little kids who is learning about cars.

You sound you know your **** eh??

hrm....
a CRV handles better than a civic.
That's something new.

my post, my opinion.
you don't necessary agree with me. I am bias anyway.

I don't prefer SUV, they are too high for good handling.

Dude, why don't you ask your physics teacher and ask him about what's center of gravity. Then he will explain you why sedan/coupe handle better than SUV/truck.

oh wait, you are still on your grade 10 science eh? Wait for 2 more yrs, Physics is coming on Gr 12. Then you will understand what I am talking about, what's FBD(Free Body Diagram). Right now, you are just purely ignorant. Think your DAD's SUV is the best.

Hey, guys, since CRV can out handle civic, let's all race with SUV on circuit track. I think my civic will roll over and the SUV will be rock solid like it's on rail.

Please reply me, otherwise, there is no fun. Don't ignore me, please.........

First of all I never said a CR-V handles better than a Civic, I just said the handling is not as bad as you think it is, I've parked the CR-V and my cousins 5th gen coupe, handling: suv loses but it doesnt suck as you claim.

forget this, **** it.
you are just inputting phrases into my posts

"CR-V handles better than civic"
"4WD safer than F/RWD"
"White light is brighter"

I thought you were ignoring me?

haha, you are really a little kid afterall.
No difference than a regular ignorant Gr 10

You brought up a good point, you said something about comparing the 2002 CR-V with the 2002 Civic LX Sedan?

What exactly are you trying to say?
CRV better or Civic?

I assume you are saying CRV is better on handling in order to support your argument.

A truck is a truck, it doesn't matter what advance steering system you put into it, it is a damn stupid high center of gravity truck which will tip over much easier than a sedan.

You really should avoid me, or I will make you a fool out of yourself.

God, kids are ignorant.

You know, when we talk about handling, we don't talk about **** like PARKING THE STUPID CAR WITH 0.02km/h

We are talking about taking a corner with 100km/h or take the highway on ramp with 140+km/h
Got it kid??

Who needs good handling on a stupid parking lot except those stupid highschool kids doing 60+ in a mall, driving mommy daddy's car and think they are super cool.

you have issues, are you jealous with people who drives mommy's and daddy's BMW 745iL?

jesus man, whats stuck up your nose? cool down!

ooh BTW, making fun of his physics class wont help you..........give him an UNDERSTANDING, atleast!

Thanks 1slocivic

V33K Examine all our posts, YOU ARE THE ONE making it a comparison, first of all its headlights, since when did I claim they were brighter than stock, never, I just said people are high beaming. Okay? Understand that? You just post that I said blue tinted Eurolites are brighter. 4WD, I never compared it, I just said I love sitting in a vehicle with 4wd, did I say the drivetrain is better than FWD or RWD, no, you did. And now its handling, did I say the handling is better than a sedan, no, you just said it. I just said handling on some SUV (as I listed CR-V) does not suck that bad especially with the new stabilizer + upper struct bar, I never said it was better than a Civic and anyone knows someone who is taller will easily tip over than some shorter. I know SUV will have a more likely chance of rolling than passenger vehicles, your just posting / assuming Im saying its better. Do a search and find a post where I said this is better than .... not in headlights, not in 4wd, and not in handlin, all in your mind, seems like you got something towards me. First of all simple physics is taught in grade 9.

1sL0CiviC, yes you are right, I am veeeeeeery jealous.
Why I don't get mommy daddy like that. Espcially those kids can drive a hugh SUV

As for understanding, I will let him to figure out. That's not my job to teach little ricer kid. That's the school's board responsibility.
I was instructed by quite a few guys to not to tell too much useful information on the board. They told me just to let the kids be cocky and igorant.

I make the comparison, ya, so?? I can make all the comparision in the world I want. That's freedom of speech, so what are you going to do about it??? Those are MY OPINION, you don't need to agree with it. Am I directly attack you??? If I want to attack you, I could do that on the story thread, and if you really examine my post, am I directly talking about the stuff you have? Did I say anything like AzimuthX's CRV??? or AzimuthX's Dad's CRV??? Or you are assuming and not exmine my post enuff?? Or you are just toooo sensitive.

My first post on the thread was my comment only, I wasn't even replying to your post.

Kid, I thought you were going to ignore me?
haha, guess you can't just live up to your word eh??
Why don't you complain to your daddy and mommy say someone is bashing you on Toronto Civic Club forum. Bring your uncles and aunts out as well.

Just like Buff 'n Stuff said, you can dish it out, but you can't take it.
