well, u get to this china town area of wherever the place was...lol...off leslie...and there is a grill type thingy built into the table and its gas powered so they bring u uncooked meat and u have to cook it urself on the little bbq thing.....its not only beef though...they give u chicken...beef, fish, squid and pork or something along those lines....but the beef is the easiest to cook so thats what u have to concentrate on...=D

its for sure boneless.....and for skinless it is in almost all cases...there may be a tiny bit still left on..but i make sure to pick that off too...........there is quite a bit of fat on some of the chicken pieces too though

^^nah....they are tiny little pieces of chicken and they come already pre spiced but i am not even sure of that...they taste alright...but i would prolly stay away from the chicken there...hehe
