so a while ago i applied for a new job because working at sobeys really just isn't all its cracked up to be. i applied at canada post and ups to be like a file girl or something like that, and finally, pretty much two months after the fact i got a call back for an interview with ups. i'll start at like $9 or 10/hr which definately beats my $7.20/hr now. so here's hoping i get it! my interview is Monday at 2:30!

Apply to the Casino. Why work for $9 when you can make $15 plus tips as a Slot Attendant. Summer is coming and it's getting busier.

that's a good idea except that ups is somewhat close. what casino and im going to apply to? flamborough? ha no! lol! i hate that place!

you know where else is a good place I hear to work....the beer store, they start off at 8 or 9 per hour, then after a couple months they bump you up to 12 or something....unfortunatly you don't get discounts..lol

What's wrong with Flamboro? I work there and it's just as close as the airport. UPS starts at like 3am. It's dirty and loud work if you're loading the planes.

i dunno, im just not a huge fan of flamborough. and i wouldn't be doing that. i'd work like 5-10 or something weeknights filing papers and stuff
