It's not just the sauce, anything I cook or bbq gets seasoned heavily and sits for a day. The BBQ sauce is just for the end after the food is cooked, gets brushed on for that added flavour.

Marinating is key, Double_B...just a simple homemade marinade makes so much difference to the end result. Is anyone else getting hungry?

Dude! I got a jar of minced garlic we picked up last week and its great! It sits in its own garlic juices ready to be used!

I have been using it on everything I season

Very damn close. What I like about it is, the garlic is sitting in juices, so you can use that as well. Just a quick dirty way of using garlic instead of having to do it yourself. I love using fresh garlic, but with two kids and them being active, anyway I can make things happen faster and not sacrifice taste, works for me.

Ribs are going on the BBQ today y'all! Marinated them yesterday and I will be putting on some bake potatoes to go along with them.

Sha, I used Diana's Teriyaki marinating sauce with the garlic, a bit of soya and wine.

When it's just about done, the Chipote Beer bbq sauce will be brushed on.

Going to have to keep that in mind, merci beaucoup.
