these guy's are the scum of BB...it is real to a certain extent...they inject an oil in it to "inflate" them..it is used low level in some BB competitions to maybe pump a laging muscle up abit....but these guy's abuse it and inflate their arms beyond beyond....these guy's are freaked out juice heads just look at them...they are scum and poser's and give BB a bad name...they are hated by real body biulders and basically are a laughing stock....gross when he deflates in a couple years and his skin is stretched beyond and his arms tissue is destroyed...or he pop's a leak...lol what a freak

Those are not photoshopped. It's called "synthol" and like dingus said, it's an oil which is injected intramuscular. In small amounts it may look okay but idiots like above only have one side of the their brain working. Check out this person 'greg valentino' he's also the real deal as well. Much worse than that guy.
