k, so i'm having a discussion here at work with ppl who say it's cool to send flowers to a girl to show her u like her, or if ur slightly in the dog house (not like cheating wise, just whatever)... i'm trying to argue the fact that flowers aren't very original, don't take much though, and can come off as being over the top (i'd hate getting flowers delivered to me... esp at work)

so what i'm looking for here is how many of you think sending flowers is gay? if you don't think it is, would u send them to home or work (i think work is even worse, but maybe i'm wrong)

and then for those of u that are like me and don't like the flower thing, what's something else to do that's unique and original, and way cooler than flowers... lol

i made the woman a basket with stuff and had it send to her work. i included a bouqet of plastic flowers.

1. they wont die
2. i never need to buy her flowers again cause shell always have them.

so far the reasons at work are...

work > home, because it gives them more attention, and they'll be forced to think about u and explain why they got flowers

flowers - good the first time, cheezy if it's too often, cuz the first time is sweet, multiple times is just showing off...

home < work, because it can look like ur just showing off and there's noone around to big up the sender of the flowers like there is at work...

ok... i found one guy at the other end of my hallway who agrees with me... but we're vastly outnumbered... :|

I like flowers at work or at home, I got some lovely ones on Saturday night, it's best when you dont expect it, and receiving them at work is great also, you get all the attention and it makes your man look great and makes all the other women in the office wish their man did that and makes the men think a little

leave her a single rose in hidden places. Like so one will be under her pillow when she wakes up. One inside of the refigerator when she gets her morning drink. One on the bathroom sink when she goes to put her makeup on. One in her purse, one on her car seat, etc.

ok i asked a bunch of chicks this question and them getting flowers at work shows that u like her and u arnt afraid 2 show it and then makes the rest of the girls at her workplace jelus and that makes them feel super good
