This was kind of funny, very scary, and in some cases illegal. They got him good, I think he deserved what he got ha ha. It is scary to think someone can get some much info so fast. It is illegal to record someone without them knowing, beside I beleave it is mustly herassment.

But as I said before he deserved it for being stupid.

I didn't do it so I don't care if it is illegal and it was so fun to read.

no it's not. only if a 2 party conversation is being recorded by a third party without the consent of at least 1 party that is participating in the conversation being recorded. if you decide to record your own convos with someone who doesn't know, then that's perfectly okay, they don't need to know.
