and have a bad ****ing attitude.. and think ur king ****..

that sums it up..

ohhh.. mmhmm
surprised that you dont' know that Toronto is one of the city who has the new system of giving out tickets, there is no need for notepads anymore, they just swipe your drivers license through somthing that looks like a debit machine and out comes your ticket

haha... yo... to be honest... i doubt u can be a good cop already... but of course i want you prove me wrong by being a good one because good cops are what we really in need right now! what makes me have doubt is your thoughts and attitude towards things such as you show'd a bit of indication of your inner-character that you're a bit sexist and racist from the examples/things you've said, but then because you're taught/educated not to racist, so you know its wrong that's why you're not doing it. also, i think they would still try to pick out the best, but then the quota thingy is just to encourage different race, sex, ethnic to also be part of the police force, be part of the society..... haha... also about your example that a guy with 200+lbs qualified and a girl 130+lbs qualified... and you would rather be rescue by someone who can carry you... body weights does not have full (100%) relation to how much one can lift... the girl can lift 200lbs and the guy might only be able to lift 200 lbs too... in fact, the girl weighing less but can lift as much can RUN FASTER too hahahaha.... my friend weighs 130 and he can lift more than most guys who weighs around 200+lbs at the gym... so weight is not the case... but then coz of your "tend-to-somewhat-biased" attitude, it kind tells me you're not someone with clear judgement because you're like saying "a guy who weigh 200+lbs can murder that 160+lbs guy, but a girl weighing just 100lbs can't kill that guy"... you know what i'm saying......... sometimes your inner-person (or inner-self) affects your judgement without you noticing...

haha... i have nothing against you because i don't know you... but then i do agree that they force should use the best... but being best in physical is not enough... attitude-wise... neutral, unbias... there are so many bad cops out there already that's why some people are being pull over for no reason... or that's why there's corrupted cops... i just hope there can be more cops with heart and treat everyone with love...

i hope you can accept my honest opinion and be a good cop and i hope you can make it... not so civic-people won't get pull-over, but i want a safer society... i don't want my tax money going to garbage cops hahaha....

i'll edit this if you find it bad... just pm me... i type this for 20 mins, i just dun wanna click back without posting it hahaha =)

I don't know what made you believe you should become a police offier, but I hope it was a good intention and if you do serve the society, serve well.
