Unhappy ...lane-change lunacy...

Does anyone get exasperated when drivers change lanes without signaling? When people just drift in front without their turn signal, does it shows a lack of respect?

(Edited to add): Are there any other driver 'stunts' that grind your gears?

Discuss...

Those people don't really bug me cause I have to admit, on occassion, I've done it before. But, it's those people who do that and are actually traveling slower than you are which makes you slam on the brakes cause of the moron ahead of you. That's what really grinds my gears. Or how about the retards that slow down to look at an accident...meanwhile there are like miles of cars behind going WTF? That pisses me off too..and it has to happen in rush hour traffic too....sheesh.

I hate those people... I can't stand it... I despise just driving in Toronto because everyone drives like a madman there! I am just not used to all the traffic though! But yeah those people irritate me!

It's funny Joker, that's the second time you've criticized my choice of question. However, I noticed that in the last SIX pages of the ChitChat section, you've only started one thread. Instead of unfavourably judging the threads that are started, why not take the lead in starting topics for discussion.

Btw, survey type questions get others talking and are solid basis for discussion and debate. There are enough other conversational threads, so asking simple questions is just a different approach. It seems to bother you quite a bit, so instead of being critical, I look forward to seeing interesting, non-survey type threads that will be started by you.

lol.... ^^^^

Dennis always says when ppl cut him off, that car must not have been made with signals. He gets REALLY angry. But we've all done it before, or will by accident. Maybe thats the case for that person, it was an accident that one time.

You're right Connie, we're all probably guilty of it at one time or another, and have no doubt exasperated the guy in the car behind US!

It bugs me to, but only when they cut infront of me close enough that I have to hit the brakes and slow down.

If they cut me off with the signal, and continue speeding off, I couldnt be bothered to get angry over it.

No offence taken, Joker, just replying to your post. It's all part of the discussion and makes it more interesting.

it pisses me off when you have a green and someone merges into your lane and you have to slow down because they don't speed up.

what really **** me off is when i am in a right lane just driving, and some moron on the intersection turns right thinking he can beat the on coming traffic and had to hit the brakes so I don’t hit them.

and also when I used to go to night school or sometimes even malls, when the whole parking lot is empty. I park my car in one corner away from the main entrance and when I come out there is always a car parked right next to my car, when the whole lot is empty.

WHY people why, park else where whole lot is empty.

as for the signal i always follow all the road rules except for the speed, I do speed every now and then. but most of the time I just cruise at the road speed.

How's this for grinding my gears....

I REALLY have a passion for people on the highway driving like morons while they are on their cell phones...it takes them 30 seconds to change lanes...they travel 10 km/h below the speed limit and the WORST of em all are those who do that while in the PASSING lane...ARGHHHH!!!

Just tonight, I had a moron in front of me in the passing lane doing 80 km/h...I flash him...doesn't move...pass him via the cruising lane (center lane) and he's all pissed off....Like DUH!!! Hello? It's a bloody passing lane you retard. After I passed him, he then continues to flash me...so I hit the boost and left him behind in my dust but, honestly, flashing me back isn't going to do you much good so why bother. You've got 10 cars behind you all flashing their headlights at you and you don't clue in to what you're doing wrong??? Gawd!!!

Rant over.
