Do the they exsist?

I'm saying around 1:5, 1:6 scale? Maybe even larger (Is larger the right term, or would it be lower/smaller?)

I remember seeing a model at Pacific, but I think it was was only 1:10, or 1:8.

So anyone know of models out there, of any make/model with meticilous, functional detail at that scale?

I know the price would be high, but just wondering what's out there.
