Serious? I love fish and fish is good, just b/c im a pork chop born on the islands and love fish. Carrots i never kenw about them. I dont have them, i dont love them, but you know i should maybe start eating them. Just like i eat strawberies. lol. Well how does it restore your vision any how?

^^ the fish is the best out of both of them both carrots and fish contain vitamins that restore the cells in the eye. i like baby carrots so whnever i watch tv i just eat them. the more the better speacially fish. if u can eat it every day even better!!

my cousin was the first one in canada to get laser eye treatment.....i still tease him abour being a lab rat but its all good.....he said it was worth it seeing how it was free
