I really want this channel, I asked my parents to get it for my birthday but my dad said Rogers is giving us cable and not charging us for it so he's worried that if I get the receiver we'll start getting charged for regular cable. What can I do? I want to get this asap!

I get this channel, the only thing its good for is the 13 or so regular season games and the preseason games, other than that the programming is not very entertaining. Sometimes its fun to watch old games and stuff, and leafs lunch was good to watch during the season although I think thats cancelled, but in the offseason i don't think ive watched the channel once.

Leafs channel lmfao... They dont even make the playoffs wtf do you do for the rest of the season? Cancell your subscription? LOL if they were a good team id get the channel too. But there not.. dont get me wrong i still love them as my team.

lmao, so why insult them .....like Gallagher said its pretty much nothing per month so whatever, I wouldn't mind being able to watch the preseason games and other LeafsTV only broadcasts at home. I'd probably spend more $ going to a bar to see it in one night than I would for an entire season of having Leafs TV.

Well if you love the leafs your going to need leafs TV in a few years because every year they have more and more games on Leafs TV and I heard that in like 5 years over half the games will be broadcast on Leafs TV, basically like the NY Yankees with their TV station.
