pro.. you dont know about that... oh stop I only stalled the car once with you in it... in the harveys drive through ha ha... my clutch is stiff in this car so its a little bit harder, and I have to have my seat all the way up so that I can reach the pedals.
I couldn't drive Dennis' car before because the seats didnt go far enough up, and i stalled it at every light... so funny!

gutro - don't u have a brand new '05 why didn't you just buy it in stick if you wanted stick, it would've been cheaper by a few hundred bucks too

i don't think i'd ever buy an auto unless i'm buying a family minvan or something, my car will always be stick it's not true driving unless you do the driving yourself... just like the quote right above

Haha if that's not inspiration enough what is? ... Maybe you might want to learn to Drive a pickup truck first, those are really easy to learn off of. I found my civic to be one of the harder 5 spd cars to drive.

or do it on your driveway if it has an incline. That's what I did, I practised letting the clutch out just before it disengages and let it crawl slowly up my driveway. Practise that a few times and you should be good to go on hills.

hahahah i tried 2 teatch my gf in my old beretta she jumped it all around so much hopping and staling the EGR valve broke right off hahaha

i find what people do is they start pushing the gass 2 soon u should let the clutch out slowly until u feel it start 2 bight then push the gass and get the clutch out in 1 smooth motion

in england there are very fuiew auto cars they suck in my opinion its sooo boaring i like 2 be able 2 downshift and boot it whenever i want no punch the gass and wait wait wait ok downshift and lets goooooooo in an auto f that

if u live nr newmarket i can meet u and come drive with u tell u what u are doing wrong

and once 2 get into 2ng gear it wil be a whole lot smoother first gear is soo jumpy with the gass one little mistake and its all hopidy hop

only trouble with getting a beeter and learning is that the clutch may be ****ed and the gas sticky the tranny ****ed ot the motor has no power and has a rough idle

i'm teaching my girlfriend how to drive stick and the best way is just to practice stop and go in an empty parking lot until you get the hang of getting the car going and stopping. then if you feel more comfortable driving then you can take it onto the small streets. my dad kind of taught me how to drive stick. first time i couldnt even get my car moving. he can't drive it anymore because he hasn't driven a stick since like the 70s but he knows the concept. i learned by getting the car going and stopping in a parking lot too. it's really easy to pick up unless you have a heavy foot. at first everything will seem to much for you but you'll get the hang of it.

That's how I taught the wife to drive a manual. Finf a big empty parking lot with no poles or anything and just let her go. Try to find somewhere that maybe has some small hills or ramps too.
