Lenny Wilkens....

Should the Raptors take advantage of their record to get rid of Lenny.

Now I know that this season is not ENTIRELY his fault due to injuries, but he did make a bunch of **** ups.....

Anyways when we first got Lenny I was very pleased and excited, then again we were coming off a Butch Carter era, but he has since proved to be a horrible coach hence his background of coaching horrible teams that turn around the second he leaves. He is too passive and always resorts to excuses.

I am tired of seeing him taking people off the court when they are hot.

I am tired of seeing broken up plays right after a time out.

I am tired of seeing ilogical combinations of players on the court.

And most of all I am tired of seeing his ******* 'a la Seinfeld' smirk, even when the team is down by 30. And then him saying during the press conference "it's OK that we lost by 30 tonight, we needed to gel together which I feel we have accomplished" WTF what kind of geling happened if you lost by 30!!!!

I want to see him get fraustrated and let his team know that his his disapointed and mad. NO MORE EXCUSES>>> NO MORE LENNY!!!

As much as I hate him, I think a guy like Jeff Van Gundy is what the raptors need!

BTW I don't want to hear any "all-time winningest coach", because you should have a look at his all-time lost column.

For as much money as he's making, I'd school my players and even make them stay after class

I have no idea what we're talking about, but from what I gather, it's the coach of the TO

ooops wrong extinct species...I meant

Personally, I believe that Lenny Wilkens should be fired, however, not right away. This injury riddled season has indicated many faults in the Raptors "playing as a team" which has lead to there downfall in the standings. Wilkens coaching abilities will be tested once the Raptors have a healthy squad.

Currently, Lamond Murray, Mamadou N'Diaye, Nate Huffman, Vince Carter and Antonio Davis (up until last week) have been injured. Some of these guys are integral in the raptors offence and defence and in order for the Raptors to get some results they have to be healthy.

For instance, Lamond Murray, will definately be a part of the teams offence and has proven to be a great player while in Cleveland. We still haven't seen this guy play in a raptors uniform during the regular season and he may be the one to watch when he gets back for the IL

In my opinion, if the raptors don't do well when they are healthy that is when Wilkens should be fired!!! And if they do fire him, they should pick up Jeff Van Gundy who is known as a defensive minded coach and everyone knows the Raptors need to play better D. However, if Van Gundy was to the Raptors coach, Money would be a major issue (a big contract)!!!

I also think they should trade Mo Pete and not Vince. This guy is suppose to be the second scorer on the Raptors and thus far he has been a flop. His inconsistencies throughout the season has shown that he isn't the second scorer but, the second fiddle to Vince and can't compete under pressure. Anyone who wants to trade Vince is a Hater.

Lastly, if the Raptors turn out to be the worst team in the league this season we can always look at the bright side and pick up Lebron James!!!!! He's the real deal!!!!!

Yeah, they really need to concentrate on this down the stretch in the final minutes of a game. Regardless of the injuries they've suffered, that's no excuse for losing eleven straight. IMO, whether they have their marquee player or not doesn't matter when it comes down to making a stop defensively... you don't need a star to play defense, and Carter isn't all that great on "D" anyways.

I think the problem is with the coaching, and I say get rid of Wilkens. It wasn't him who lead the team into the second round of the playoffs two years ago, it was the players. If anyone was more responsible than the players for their accomplishment, it was Glen Grunwald for aquiring them in the first place.

I can't stand Lenny. They should just keep tanking. Our pick for this year is lottery-protected.

His status is still unknow, which means one thing... HE IS NOT 100% healthy.

And yes get rid of MO PETE while we can still get a bag of used jock straps for him.

I have to admit that the 10 games we saw Vince play this year, he was a new Vince. He played hard defence and gave it all his best.

BTW F*CK T-MAC..... No good bum should of stayed and we would of been champs. Now his team is going nowhere!!!
