i was born on the tamil tigers rememberance day (november 27) 
Anyways.. i was at the big ottawa parliament protest.... over 15 000 people were there... 71 school buses full of tamil people frmo SCARBOROUGH alone. (more people came frmo quebec and such). This was one of the bgigest protests, yet the media does not show it (cbc, ctv, pulse24). The protest was for the 61 tamil school girls killed by government air strikes. One guy went up and said "you might wonder why there targeting school girls.. its because of a systematic scheme. If they aim for the young woman, they know the tamil population will become furthur more crippled in the future" If you consider tamil tigers terrorists... then i guess id be one too cause i back them up no matter what. Tamil tigers are the RICHEST rebel/"*********" group in the world. After 3 years of construction, they have there own aircraft now which attacked all the sri lankan government radar systems. the government reported it as a "unidentified tigers air crafT" because no one even saw it come up and land back down. If tigers were really terrorists, dotn you think they would have hit the singhalese civilians instead of radar systems? Yyea they did do some movements that weren't smart to gain ally's ie. they assasinated the indian prime minister, but they had there reasons, indian ground troops were heavily attacking the tigers, and the assasination stopped all of it.
The U.S arrest is straight BS. one of the guys goes to University of waterloo, and he aint even the type of guy that is into those kidn of things.

one more thing..
the ottawa protest was put on CBC after the 8 tamils were arrested in u.s. So some good did come out of the arrests in U.S because it gave media coverage of the protest.
You guys know how Al-qaeda and such.. when they do a suicide bomb, their families get millions of $$ by the ********* group. Tigers is not like that... they die for a cause. Every single tigers soldier has a neck band on their neck.. if ever caught by the sri lankan government, one drop of it on their tongue and they die on the spot. you think people would be that dedicated to the tamil tigers if it were a "*********" group?
Big up to norway for coming in to settle the situation, i saw lots of people waving huge norway flags at the protest.

Its ridiculous that the world doesn't recognize the atrocities being committed against tamil pplz.
Imagine u'r sister or mother walking down YOUR OWN neighbourhood street being ambushed, raped, and left to die just cuz she was greek, chinese or indian - OH AND THIS HAPPENS in Greece, China, and India - U'R HOME COUNTRY
