And when I said no, the guy is all confused and started to panic... like his mother just died or something.
Yep, guess that is how they are training them now, don't give them an option to say no. I was laughing inside, the girl didn't take time to breath. I get called by HSBC like almost once a month telling me, great news, I just got approved for a loan and when will I be willing to come in and sign the papers.

haha...

well if you've taken any sales courses... you know that hearing 'no' is the worst thing possible...

sales guys LOVE hearing objections, because that gives them something to go on, and it means you're still interested..

ever wanna stop a door to door sales man, telemarketer, anything else in their tracks? jsut say 'no'
and when they ask you why not? don't give them an answer...

they're trained to handle objections... not flat out 'no's ...

My limit is like 500 bucks. Good enough for me, all that goes on it is gas and some meals.

Its all about being smart, dont put anything on your credit card if you know you cant pay for it in full when you get your bill, or by the bill due date.

If you cant afford it, dont get it. There is the odd time when you have to put something on your card, the times are tough, we all go through it.
