loudsubz dude, that's not really true. Girls don't just change their mind...they tend to feel secure with one person, and they like status quo. So either another guy has to make an effort to steal your girl, or you gotta **** up royaly in order for her to want to break up. So, if you do things right...she can be a great g/f. Just remember, there is only one of her, and millions of Civics, so...treat her as such. She should be more important to you than your car. The car is nice to have and play with, but there is no comparison between the two. It's childish to think your car is more important than your g/f. You'll see what I mean when you get older.

bbarbulo..well said...i mean i know exactly what loudsoubz is saying, it's not just men who gets heart broken, but also women.. and i totally agree...when u get older you see things differently...your whole point of view change.

bbarbulo...i know what u mean....when you get older and out of school it's a whole different ball game....being single also comes in good things..you get to concentrate on your work, worry only urself, and most of all get establish first...

My house is in Windsor, ON in the central area of town. It's got a pool and some other bonuses, but it's really just a step into the real estate business. You need a lot of cash to start off and good connections, but once in it, lotsa hard work will ensure the money keeps rolling in. The closing date is Dec 20th. :working:

holy cow, windsor!! thats like 31/2 hours away from toronto...do u live there? but i know what u mean about real estate...that is exactly what fusion and i are doing...we actually bought our second house and we might rent or sell the other one...depends...i have to agree..real estate is where the money is right now..
