Looking for a part time job.

Hey guys Im looking for a job. I am 15 years old and this will be my first real job (i did newspaper for a few weeks until I figured out it was not worth it). I applied at my local McDonalds already but I don't think their hiring.

Anyways I want to have a job I can do afterschool for a few hours, maybe 6-10 or 5-10 would be okay. I can do it all through friday, weekends I can do as well.

Anyone know where thats hiring ?

Dude just look around. Right now i'm not getting a job, main reason, school rugby. Which will be over soon for me in about 4 weeks and then 1 week for play offs. But yeah just post everywhere. Personally i dont suggest mcdonalds. Try stores. Stuff you like. Go to a mall and drop a **** load over there. Canadian tire. Print off like 20, go to a mall, shove them in ever store. ALways ask to see the manager to. So it gives you a better appearance.

Always go retail dude, or something like that. Try to stay away from the food. The disrespect you. In retail you get more respect and better working area. Think about it serving ppl food, or helping them find clothing and **** or sporting stuff. THen rign it in.

Hard to find a retail job at 15, most places want you to be a minimum of 16 for some reason. I worked at wendy's from 14-16. Then 16-18 at zellers lol. Now Im gonna try to get a job at EB games.

Hand out your resume to ever store, who cares if u don't like it. Money is money and a job will bring you that. I did that, and i got 3 interviews and 2 job offerings. When i turned 14, i gave Zehrs my resume every month for about a year, never called me but i kept on doing it. Good luck!

BladeX, you have to start off somewhere.

Try fast food for now, when you turn 16, then look at retail. Now a days, retails are going towards 18+.

Try McD, Buger King, Timmies, Wendy's, Harveys, Licks etc..
But you can still apply as well apply at retails

I did papers liek you for a bit. Then started working at a local Sobeys which lasted up until the end of highschool. Grocery stores are pretty good as along as you don't mind bitch work.

Now I'm in retail and loving it.
